Spinning (Beginner-Advanced)

ROM Spin is a great low impact class set to the rhythm of motivating music. You will burn calories and get fit.

Our bikes have monitors which display distance/rpm and wattage. Also there is heart rate monitor integration, so if you have your own heart rate strap it can link up to the bike.

Bums & Tums (Intermediate-Advanced)

Bums & Tums is one of our most popular classes, it's a fantasic workout for your lower body and core. You will see lots of squat and lunge variations in this class, along with some cardio and core exercises.

Les Mills BodyPump (Intermediate-Advanced)

Bodypump is the original barbell class, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Bodypump gives you a total body workout.

Les Mills Grit - (Advanced)

Les Mills Grit is a very high intensity class. Metabolic conditioning training that is sure to put your metabolism into overdrive. There will usually be 7 different challenges in this class. One challenge will be changed every week.

Beware of the Hundreds or EMOM, these are very difficult to complete.

Arms & Abs (Beginner-Advanced)

Arms & Abs is a resistance based upper body and core workout. It incorporates barbells, plates and bodyweight exercises for high repetitions.

We advise to start light focusing on technique and tempo. Then increase the weight lifted or aim for extra repetitions.

Blast Class - (Intermediate-Advanced)

Blast class is a full body workout. It incorporates high intensity training with exercises that utilise many muscle groups.

This class has a tough timescale and layout. Not suitable for beginner.
